I have a basic understanding about water restoration but not enough to reliably consult someone with the "what to do's"when dealing with water damage. I had a client that needed reliable and trustworthy input to address a recent water leak she was dealing with. she had been dealing with a plumber and a restoration company that she did not feel confident in. When I went to give an estimate for cleaning carpet and upholstery I examined the water damage. She needed honest feedback. I knew of Trevor through my brother who lives in the same town as trevor. I reached out to him for feedback. He spent 30-45 minutes on FaceTime, examining photos and videos, answering questions, and giving my client and I an education ( both about restoration and issues with insurance). He did this knowing he wasn't going to get the job or get paid. He really went out of his way to help my client. He is very knowledgeable, professional, patient. He measured up to his reputation. Without hesitation Trevor would be the person I'd call for water restoration in my time of need.joel M.

They did dry wall, painting, building the book case, rebuilt the cabinets, put in the carpet and linoleum. - ★★★★★Got home from a short 2 day vacation at 5:15 a.m., only to discover that we were flooded. We had just bought our house 2 months before, and I didn't even know how to shut the water off, and after a frustrating 1/2 hour, I went on Google & searched for help, and found Trevor Maxwell's company Nye County Flood Response. Little did I know, that he and his lovely wife Jessica had just returned from their vacation a few hours before, so I woke them up, "Can you help me, I have a huge flood in my house, and I can't find the shut off for my water!" He calmly led me through what I had to do, and he and the rest of his team showed up about 20 minutes later saving us from a nervous breakdown. I would say by noon, they had all the flooring removed, walls opened, and hundreds of little holes bored into them, so there would be no mold. Then 20 to 30 fans, some other equipment, and the remediation was on. He also assisted me with my insurance company many, many times thereafter. You cannot go wrong hiring this company as they are fast, professional, and extremely helpful. I would give them 10 stars!Mike S.
